Baked Brie Recipe

Baked Brie is my go to dish to bring to a girls night. It’s easy, I can step away from the oven for a bit and it’s delicious so I never have to deal with leftovers.

Ingredients
1 tube of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 round or wedge of Brie cheese (do not remove rind)
Raspberry/Blackberry Preserves (for some tartness!)

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

On a stick-free pan, lay out the dough; put brie  top.
Spread preserve on brie, fold dough over top, cutting off excess dough.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes, pastry should be golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes
Serve with crackers or apple slices.
