A Palmaris Longus Dr. Preddy would be proud of.

The Palmaris Longus is a small muscle located between your flexor carpi radialis and your flecor carpi ulnaris and is absent in 15-30% of the population. But back to the upper limb – learning the upper limb can be daunting. Especially since our medical school covered it in 2 lectures then the professors said NEXT! This is where Dr. Preddy saved me, and the rest of my class. To this day anytime a bizarre UWORLD question or anyone else asks me to remember upper limb anatomy, my brain replays these two videos by Dr. Preddy – ENJOY!
